And not the provision of an online panel such that clients, in effect, self manage their domain name portfolios.

In practice, Demys Management provides many helpful features including:

  • The administration of all tasks associated with domain registration, renewals, domain configuration, the provision of DNS and portfolio reporting;
  • The provision of a professional advisory role which encompasses (although not exclusively) recommendations for the implementation of strategies and policies in compliance with best practice against the changing background of Internet Policy and Governance;
  • Taking instructions from authorised client personnel and/or designated technical points of contact, and completing tasks as instructed in a timely and effective manner. It is worth noting here that trouble tickets and the like are an anathema to us – our help and support is provided by real people at a time most convenient to the client;
  • The provision of monthly reporting together with ad hoc portfolio reports; and
  • Attending regular contact meetings at client’s offices.

We have also been called upon to support clients in a host of what might be termed ad hoc matters and our commitment to the highest levels of service and professionalism have provided them with a range of solutions.
